چکیده
Abstract Background Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS) as the main effective substances from P. with low bioavailability could be bio-converted by human gut microbiota. In our previous study, PNS metabolic variations mediated microbiota have been observed between high fat, protein (HF-HP) and plant fiber-rich (LF-PF) dietary subjects. this we aimed to correspondingly characterize relationship distinct microbial species metabolites. Methods Gut were collected HF-HP LF-PF healthy adults profiled 16S rRNA gene sequencing. incubated in vitro. A LC–MS/MS method was developed quantify five metabolites yields including ginsenoside F 1 (GF ), Rh 2 (GRh compound K (GC-K), protopanaxatriol (PPT) protopanaxadiol (PPD). The selected species, Bifidobacterium adolescentis Lactobacillus rhamnosus , employed metabolize for corresponding Results significantly different two diet groups. Compared group, genus Blautia Bifidobacterium, Clostridium, Corynebacterium, Dorea, Enhydrobacter Lactobacillus, Roseburia Ruminococcus, SMB53, Streptococcus, Treponema Weissella enriched while Phascolarctobacterium Oscillospira relatively decreased. Furthermore, Spearman’s correlative analysis revealed microbials groups positively negatively associated metabolites, respectively. Conclusions Our data showed diversity led personalized bioconversion of PNS. Graphic

The feasible, reliable and selective multi-template molecularly imprinted polymers (MT17 MIPs) based on SBA-15 (SBA-15@MT-MIPs) for the selective separation and determination of the 18 trace level of ginsenoside Rb1 (Rb1), ginsenoside Rg1 (Rg1) and notoginsenoside R1 (R1) (Panax 19 notoginseng saponins, PNS) from biological samples were developed. The polymers were 20 constructed by SBA-15 as s...

ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE Intestinal microflora plays crucial roles in modulating pharmacokinetic characteristics and pharmacological actions of active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs). However, the exact impact of altered intestinal microflora affecting the biotransformation of TCMs remains poorly understood. AIMS OF THE STUDY This study aimed to reveal the specific e...
متن کامل[Anti-inflammatory effects of total saponins of Panax notoginseng].
AIM To study the anti-inflammatory effects of total saponins of Panax notoginseng (PnS). METHODS Rat air-pouch acute inflammatory model was established with s.c. carrageenan (Car, 25 mg.kg-1). The protein content in exudate was measured. Micro-acid titration assay and radioimmunoassay (RIA) were applied respectively to investigate effects of PnS on phospholipase A2 (PLA2) activity and dinopro...

Panax notoginseng saponin (PNS) is the main active gradient of Chinese traditional medicine Panax notoginseng. Although its prominent therapeutic efficacy has been demonstrated by various researchers, the broader application is restricted by the low bioavailability of PNS. This article aims to discuss PNS's plasma pharmacokinetics after oral administration of bio-adhesive tablet of PNS to beagl...
